Section 1: Before you begin

Welcome to Debt Elimination Hub. From the moment you start using this website, whether you are just looking around, comparing your options or asking to be introduced to a personal loan lender, the terms below apply to you. Please read each section before you continue.

How we handle the information you share is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.

Not comfortable with something here? Then please hold off on sending your details. You can leave the page whenever you like.

Section 2: Using this website

This website exists for one purpose: getting you introduced to a personal loan lender. We give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use it for that purpose, and no other rights. In using the site, you agree not to:

  • Overload or disrupt our servers, systems or networks, or attempt to break into them
  • Access someone else's account, or any restricted area or feature of the site, without permission
  • Copy or repost the site's content for commercial purposes unless we have agreed in writing
  • Upload viruses, spam or anything unlawful, harmful or abusive
  • Use scripts or bots to submit requests, or deal with the site in any other deceptive way

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access at any time and without notice.

Section 3: What we do, and what we don't

Debt Elimination Hub operates a marketing website, and that is all. We are not a lender, we don't broker loans, and we are not a law firm, a credit counseling agency or a debt settlement company. We don't negotiate, settle, reduce or forgive anyone's debt. The word “elimination” in our name describes a goal many people have, not a result we can promise or deliver. The rate and terms of any loan are not ours to set, and we cannot influence a lender's decision. Our role is to put you in touch with a personal loan provider that works with borrowers in situations like yours, so that you can deal with that lender directly.

Sending a request through this site does not create a loan, and no lender is obliged to make you an offer. From that point, every decision rests with the lender: whether to extend credit, at what rate, on what terms and in what form, under its own underwriting standards and applicable law.

Our part is the introduction. The information you provide may be shared with the lender or lenders in our network that we introduce you to, and those lenders may compensate us when an introduction is made. You are never charged for using Debt Elimination Hub.

Section 4: Information, not advice

Everything published on this site, including articles, tools and guides, is meant to inform and not to advise. Please don't treat any of it as guidance about your finances, your legal position, your taxes or your credit. Before you take on a loan or make any other major financial decision, speak with a qualified professional who knows your full circumstances.

We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but Debt Elimination Hub makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete or suited to a particular purpose. If you act on something you read here, you do so at your own risk.

Section 5: What to know about loan matching

Any figures, rates or example scenarios shown on this site are there to illustrate a point. They are not promises, and they do not reflect what any lender will offer you or what you will qualify for. If a lender does make a proposal, it will come from that lender's own review of your credit, income and circumstances at the time of your introduction.

  • Example figures or rates are for illustration only and are not guaranteed
  • Products vary between lenders, and terms may differ from state to state
  • A consolidation loan, where one is offered, replaces existing balances with a new loan that you must repay. It does not erase what you owe
  • Exploring your options typically begins with a soft inquiry, which generally doesn't affect your credit score. A full application, and any hard inquiry that comes with it, is a separate step the lender will explain
  • A loan is a serious commitment. With any loan, missed payments can lead to fees, added interest, collection activity or damage to your credit
  • Only the lender you are introduced to decides on approval, rate and terms, using its own underwriting criteria
  • A loan you accept is governed by that lender's terms and by the state and federal laws that apply

Section 6: Lenders and third-party sites

This site may link to personal loan lenders, service providers and other websites that we don't operate, and we may work with some of them. Debt Elimination Hub doesn't control these parties and is not responsible for what they say, how they run their business or how secure their sites are. Any arrangement you make with a lender is between you and that lender alone.

Before you accept any offer, read the lender's own terms, fee schedule and privacy policy in full.

Section 7: Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Debt Elimination Hub and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and successors are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, such as lost revenue or lost data, arising from:

  • Using the website, or being unable to use it
  • Decisions you make based on anything published on this site
  • Unauthorized access to your personal information by a third party
  • The conduct, publications or actions of any lender you are introduced to, or of any other outside party
  • Technical faults, interruptions or outages of the service

Section 8: Governing law and updates

The laws of the State of North Carolina govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

We may revise these terms from time to time. A revision takes effect once it is posted on this page, and continuing to use the site afterward means you accept it. The version shown here is always the current one.
